... to Rabbi Shalom Schwartz, a graduate of the Jewish Theological Seminary, who was awarded this year the Israel Prize in Psychology. Rabbi Schwartz, who is affiliated with the Masorti congregation of French Hill, is a member of the Department of Psychology at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
